摘 要:基于磁悬浮式驱动织针编织原理,建立磁悬浮式驱动织针的力学模型。针对多织针高速编织模式下磁力分布模型及热应力场等多物理场耦合作用对织针的影响,基于安培环路定律,建立电磁力与气隙之间的关系曲线,运用Ansys有限元软件,分析织针的应力、应变对编织工艺的影响。结果表明,多织针磁力分布模型中,磁悬浮织针的针筒高度设计为16 mm时,磁场的屏蔽效果最佳,为后续开展磁悬浮驱动织针实践应用提供技术支持。Based on previous work of the knitting principle of magnetic suspension driven needle, the stress model of suspension driven knitting needle was established. Considering the magnetic distribution model and effect of thermal stress field of multi-field coupling effect to knitting needle in multi-needle high speed knitting mode, it establishes the relation curve between the electro-magnetic force and air gap based on the ampere's circuit law, and uses Ansys tools to analyze the effect of stress and strain of the knitting needle on the knitting technology. Ex- periments show that in the multi-needle mode, when the height of the needle cylinder for magnetic needle is de- signed to 16 mm, the magnetic shielding effect is the best, which provides technical support for further implemen- tation of the maglev driving needle principle.
