摘  要:采用脱色剂TX1217对活性染料染色残液进行脱色,探讨了脱色剂用量、脱色液p H值、脱色温度等因素对脱色效果的影响,将脱色后的溶液用以回用染色,并对染出织物的K/S值、△E色牢度进行了测试。结果表明,脱色最佳工艺条件为脱色剂TX1217用量为3.3%、染色残液p H值为2.0~3.0、在室温下搅拌30min;染色残液多次重复回用试验表明,将脱色后的溶液用于中深色染色,回用水染色效果与新鲜水染色效果差别不大。By using the decolorizer TX1217, this paper decolorizes decolorizing reactive dyes residue liquid. The effect of decolorizer dosage, and solution pH is investigated. The residues liquid is reused to dyeing repeat after decoloring. And the K/S value, △E and color fastness of the dyed fabric is tested. The results show that, the opti- mum conditions of decoloring is that the decolorizer TX1217 dosage is 3.3%, solution pH is 2.0-3.0 and decoloring time is 30 minutes. The residual liquid repeatedly recycling experiments show that with residual liquid to dye deep color displays a similar result compared to that dyeing with fresh water.
