摘  要:对我国学术界海外苗学文献研究发展动态的计量分析结果显示:长期以来我国学者对于海外苗学文献内涵的了解和研究一直很有限,此状况直到2014年才有所改变,这一转折的形成主要与贵州高校在这方面做出的突出贡献有关。其中,贵州师范学院发文频次占全国所有作者单位同一领域发文总频次的60%,成为我国学术界这一研究领域的重要领跑者。更进一步的背景原因分析表明,高端人才引进和学术平台建设是贵州师范学院等校在该领域能够短期内异军突起的重要原因:在国际苗学领域首位"富布莱特学者"龙宇晓等熟悉海内外学术动态的苗学人类学专家的带领下,随着贵州民族学与人类学高等研究院海外苗瑶族群研究中心和贵州师范学院海外苗瑶学术文献翻译研究中心等研究平台的相继成立,贵州师范学院形成了一支具有实力的海外苗学文献整理研究团队。分析贵州师范学院等贵州高校相关研究平台及其成果的发展个案,既有助于深入了解我国学术界海外苗学文献整理研究领域发展的新动态,也可为西部民族地区高校的科研跨越式发展提供一份经验。The bibliographic statistical analysis demonstrates: International research publications c'oncerning the Hmong have accumulated for several centuries, but Chinese academic world has little knowledge about them for a long time. However, the recent five years of relevanl research have brought a significant change to such a situa- tion, and it has much to do with the contributions made by the researchers from Guizhou Institute for Advanced Study in Anthropology and Ethnology. Along with the establishment of the Global Hmong - Mien Research Center, affiliated to the Guizhou Institute for Advanced Study in Anthropology and Ethnology, and led by such scholars as Long Yu -xiao and his research team, Guizhou Education University has emerged to become the most important forerunner in Chinese research on the Global Hmong Studies Scholarship,accounting for 58% of the total publica- tions in this field of all the years in the country. An exploratory review of the achievements of these research plat- forms may help us better understand the developmental trends and implications of the Chinese scholarship of over- seas Hmong Studies Literature.
