贵州省城市化水平综合测度与评价

摘　　要：从人口城市化、社会生活城市化等5个方面选择25个指标构建城市化水平综合评价指标体系,借助线性加权和法对贵州省2001—2014年的城市化水平进行测度分析,结果发现:贵州省城市化水平不断提高,以经济城市化与生态环境城市化的快速发展为主要特征;人口、经济等5个子系统的城市化水平都呈上升态势;城镇人口比重、二三产业产值比重、每万人拥有医生数、建成区绿化覆盖率等10个因子是限制贵州省城市化水平提高的主要障碍因子;城市化水平贵阳市较高,六盘水市、遵义市中等,其余市(州)相对较低。在此基础上,进一步对贵州省9个市(州)的城市化水平进行分析评价,揭示了各市(州)城市化发展存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的建议。This paper selects 25 indicators from population urbanization, social life urbanization, space urbanization, ecological environment urbanization and economic urbanization tu construct the indicator system to measure urbanization and to analyze the urbanization from 2001 to 2014 in Guizhou with the linear weighted sum method. The study suggests thai the urbanization is continuously improved in Guizhou and characterized by rapid development of economic urbanization and ecological environment urbanization; The level of population urbanization, economic urbanization, social life urbanization, space urbanization and ecological environment urbanization shows an upward trend; The proportion of urban population, proportion of nonagricultural output value to GDP, the number of doctors per ten thousand population, etc. are the main obstacle factors which restrict the development of urbanization in Guizhou; the urbanization level of Guiyang is the highest while that of Liupanshui and Zunyi is medium, and the urbanization level of the other cities（prefectures）is lower. Based on this, the author further analyzes and evaluates the urbanization of nine cities（prefectures）in Guizhou, which reveals the main problems of urbanization development for each city（prefecture） and gives constructive suggestions.
