摘　　要：新型集体经济是带动个体经济推进欠发达地区农村市场化,补齐农村发展短板,实现全面建成小康社会的生产组织形式。由于受到来自历史包袱、思想观念、现实情境的种种制约,新型集体经济发展模式在欠发达地区农村市场化进程中的积极意义及其实现形式还缺乏广泛认同和深入研究。基于此,以陕西省耀州区董家河镇王家砭村的市场化过程为例,对新型集体经济在欠发达地区农村市场化中的作用及其方式进行了论证分析,认为在欠发达地区农村,个体农户独立进入市场的能力较弱,集体经济与个体经济相结合是实现农村市场化的新型模式;"集体搭台、个人唱戏"的集体经济增长机制,"村企合一、集体所有、承包经营"的集体经济经营机制,"奖惩有据、统分结合、服务社会"的集体经济积累和分享机制是新型集体经济运行的典型机制。The new collective economy is an important organizational form of rural marketization in the undeveloped rural area, which means to promote rural marketization and to make up the rural development short board by driving the individual economy, with the final goal of building a well - off society in art all - round way. However, due to the restrictions of historical burden, thought pattern and realistic situation, the positive significance and realization form of the new collective economy development model are lack of general acceptance and in -depth research. We take the marketization process at Wang Jiabian Village in Shaanxi Province as an example to rediscover the role and model of collective economy in rural marketization in the undeveloped area. Our research shows that individual farmers are less able to enter the market independently, while the combination of collective economy and individual economy is the new and superior mode to realize rural marketization, which has the following characteristics： The collective economic growth mechanism means to provide platform by collective for the individual to perform on it; The collective management mechanism means that both village and enterprise are owned by the collective with contractual operation; And to make sound rules for reward and punishment to serve the society is the collective economic accumulation and sharing mechanism.
