阿德福韦酯与软肝胶囊及临床路径护理对肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿德福韦酯与软肝胶囊及临床路径护理在肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标的影响。方法肝硬化患者108例,随机分为两组,两组均给予保肝、降酶、退黄,阿德福韦酯,软肝胶囊。观察组再给予临床路径护理模式的护理。对照组常规护理模式。治疗护理前及6个月后检测肝硬化指标。随访6个月。应用SPSS20.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果两组护理依从性、生存质量、住院时间及住院费用比较,P均<0.0005。同组治疗前后血清透明质酸、层黏连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原及Ⅲ型前胶原比较,观察组治疗前后比较,P均<0.0005;对照组治疗前后血清透明质酸、层黏连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原比较,P均<0.0005,Ⅳ型胶原比较,P<0.05。两组治疗后血清透明质酸、层黏连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原及Ⅲ型前胶原比较,P均<0.0005;两组治疗后层黏连蛋白比较,P<0.05。两组护理满意度比较,P<0.005。结论阿德福韦酯与软肝胶囊治疗与临床路径护理对肝硬化效果显著,提高护理质量、增加满意度。Objective Explore adefovir ester soft capsule and clinical nursing path effect on liver fibrosis indexes in patients with cirrhosis. Methods 98 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis, randomly divided into two groups, two groups were given enzyme and protect liver, fall back, huang adefovir ester, soft liver capsule. Observation group of nursing clinical pathway nursing mode. The control group routine nursing mode. Nursing before and 6 months after treatment cirrhosis of the liver index. Were followed up for 6 months. SPSS20.0 application software, the data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and Z2 test. Results Two groups of treatment adherence, quality of survival, length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization, P〈0.0005. Group before and after treatment serum hyaluronic acid, layer adhesion protein, Ⅳ type collagen and collagen type Ⅲ before the comparison, observation group compared before and after treatment, P〈 0.0005. The control group before and after treatment serum hyaluronic acid, layer adhesion protein, collagen type Ⅲ before the comparison, P〈0.0005, collagen type IV comparison, P〈0.05. Two groups after treatment serum hyaluronic acid, layer adhesion protein, collagen type IV and Ⅲ type collagen, P〈0.0005. Layer adhesion protein compared the two groups after treatment, P〈0.05. Nursing satisfaction compared two groups, P〈0.005. Conclusion Adefovir ester with soft liver cap-sule treatment and clinical nursing path for cirrhosis effect significantly, improve nursing quality and satisfaction.
