摘 要:目的探讨后外侧小切口微创人工股骨头置换术的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2014年11月至2016年11月行人工股骨头置换术的72例患者,分为研究组(后外侧小切口微创人工股骨头置换术,32例)和对照组(传统人工股骨头置换术,40例)。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间和髋关节功能。结果研究组的术中出血量少于对照组,下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的髋关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后外侧小切口微创人工股骨头置换术可减少患者的手术创伤,促进术后愈合和髋关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of minimally invasive posterolateral artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 72 cases of patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected and divided into study group (minimally invasive posterolateral artificial femoral head replacement, 32 cases) and control group (traditional artificial femoral head replacement, 40 cases). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, ambulation time, hospitalization time, and hip joint fimction were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss of study group was less than that of control group, and the ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorted than those of control group, with statistical differences (P〈0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive posterolateral artificial femoral head replacement can reduce the surgical trauma and promote the postoperative healing and recovery of hip joint function.
