痔疾汤熏洗治疗痔疮术后疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痔疾汤熏洗治疗痔疮术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年12月行痔疮手术治疗术后出现疼痛症状的80例患者,随机将其分为两组各40例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用痔疾汤熏洗。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间、住院时间、疼痛程度和疗效。结果观察组的创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率、无痛率分别为97.5%、82.5%,显著高于对照组的80.0%、60.0%(P<0.05)。结论痔疾汤熏洗治疗痔疮术后疼痛不仅能够止痛、预防创面水肿,还能改善局部血液循环,促进组织生长和创面愈合。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hemorrhoids deconction fumigation in the treatment of postoperative pain of hemorrhoids. Methods 80 cases of patients with postoperative pain after hemorrhoid surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received hemorrhoids deconction fumigation on this basis. The wound healing time, hospitalization time, pain degree and curative effect were compared between two groups. Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate and painless rate of observation group were respectively 97.5% and 82.5%, significantly higher than 80.0% and 60.0% of control group （both P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Hemorrhoids deconction fumigation in the treatment of postoperative pain of hemorrhoids can relieve the pain, prevent the wound edema, improve the local blood circulation and promote the tissue growth and wound healing.
