大学生教育管理中社会主义核心价值观的培育——以衡水学院为例

摘　　要：培育和践行社会主义核心价值观需要根据大学生的日常生活和管理来设计.衡水学院针对大学生的思想状况,探求有实际效果的培育模式,将社会主义核心价值观教育渗透于大学生教育教学、校园文化生活、社会实践、就业指导、宿舍文明、学风建设、日常管理和育人制度形成八项融合教育体制.学生集体思想政治素质不断提高,实践能力得以增强,学风、院风进一步好转.学生社会主义核心价值观培育成效显著.The cultivation and practice of college students＇ socialist core values should be designed according to their daily life and management. Hengshui University explores the cultivation model with actual effect and permeates the education of socialist core values in all aspects of college students＇ life, such as class teaching, campus cultural activities, social practice, employment instruction, dormitory civilization, study-atmosphere construction, daily management and educational system. Thus eight fusion educational mechanisms are formed. The ideological and political qualities of the students are improved constantly; their practical abilities are strengthened; the study atmosphere of the university are further improved. The cultivation of students＇ socialist core values has got remarkable achievements.
