柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性丙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性丙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组30例和对照组30例,对照组予重组人干扰素α-2b+利巴韦林片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用柴芍六君子汤治疗,24周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分情况,分别于第4周、第12周、第24周记录患者肝功能指标以及HCV-RNA应答率的情况。结果:试验组中医症候积分情况改善、各时间段肝功能指标恢复及HCV-RNA应答率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b+利巴韦林片治疗慢性丙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证疗效确切,值得临床应用。Objective：To observe Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on treating spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis C liver. Methods：On the base of standards 60 cases according to the random number table method divide into experimental group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases,the control group were give recombinant human interferon α-2b combine with ribavirin tablets,the experimenta group were treated by Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The period is 24 weeks. After the end of the 1 course of treatment observation of 2 groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome points;and the index of liver function and HCV-RNA response rate at the fourth week,the twelfth weeks,the twenty-fourth weeks. Results：Better effects were achieved in experimental group on improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome liver function index recovery,recovery of liver function index and HCV-RNA response rate in each time periodwhen compared with control group. Conclusion：The outstanding curative effects were achieved for chronic hepatitis C treaded by Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b and ribavirin tablets,worthy of clinical application.
