针刺联合中药治疗缺血性脑卒中临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：目的:通过文献复习,对针刺联合中药治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床应用研究进行述评。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据库和Pub Med中近10年相关文献,对文献中所记载的关于针药联合治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床应用进行归纳、整理和分析。检索词分别为"针药联合、针灸、缺血性脑卒中、应用、研究进展"和"acupuncture combined with medicine,acupuncture,ischemic stroke,application,progress",检索式分别为"并"和"and"。结果:共检索到中文文献465篇,精读130篇;英文文献60篇,精读20篇。根据文献筛选标准剔除重复及不规范的文献,最后应用35篇文献对其研究结果进行综述。结论:针刺联合中药治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效明显优于单纯中药或单纯针刺治疗,其作用机制可能与改善血液流变学指标、抑制炎性反应、减轻兴奋性氨基酸毒性、拮抗自由基损伤及抑制细胞凋亡有关。Objective：After review of the literature,to summarize the progress on clinical application research of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating ischemic stroke. Methods：The author searched the literature from CNKI database,Articles database and Pub Med database of the last 10 years,generalizing and analyzing literature about clinical application research of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating ischemic stroke in recent years. The key words were ＂acupuncture combined with medicine,acupuncture,ischemic stroke,application,progress＂in Chinese and English. The retrieval type was＂and＂in Chinese and English. Results：465 pieces of Chinese literature and 60 pieces of English literature were searched. Among them,130 pieces of Chinese literature and 20 pieces of English literature were read intensively. Finally,35 articles were studied and reviewed according to the literature selection criteria,removing repeated and non-standard articles. Conclusion：In the treatment of ischemic stroke,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is significantly better than pure traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture,the mechanism of action may be related to improve hemorheological indexes,inhibit inflammatory reaction,relieve excitatory amino acid toxicity,antagonize free radical injury and inhibit apoptosis.
