血小板减少动物模型造模方法之国内研究现状与评述

摘　　要：目的:研究血小板减少动物模型的制备概况。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普数据库、万方数据库及手工检索收集1915年6月15日—2016年3月31日公开发表的文献,按照纳入与排除标准进行筛选,将符合纳入标准的文献精细阅读,总结分析提取文献中有关血小板、白细胞、红细胞、骨髓巨核细胞的计数,计算下降率并对文献进行客观评价。结果:共纳入65篇文献,目前,国内主要采用化学药物诱导、向动物体内输注血小板抗体以及手术结扎脾静脉的方法来复制血小板减少的动物模型。结论:三种造模方法均能导致动物体内血小板计数减少。目前,复制血小板减少动物模型的实验大多采用向动物体内输注抗血小板血清的方法,此方法可以使骨髓巨核细胞的成熟发生障碍导致产板功能下降,血小板生成减少且红细胞、白细胞变化不明显,是最为合适的动物造模方法。Objective：To study the preparation of animal model of thrombocytopenia. Methods：Computer search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）database,Chinese biomedical literature database（CBM）,Weipu database,Wanfang database and manual retrieval from 1915—2016 March 31,published literature,In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening,will meet the inclusion criteria of the fine reading of the literature,to summarize and analyze the literatures on the counts of platelets,leukocytes,red blood cells and bone marrow mononuclear cells,to calculate the rate of decline and to evaluate the literature objectively. Results：A total of 65 articles were included. At present,the animal model of thrombocytopenia was mainly induced by chemical drugs,the platelet antibody in vivo and the method of surgical ligation of splenic vein. Through consulting a large number of literatures,the author summarizes the application of different methods in experimental study and research progress. Conclusion：The three methods of modeling can lead to the decrease of platelet count in animals. At present,replication thrombocytopenic animal model experiments mostly by delivering the antiplatelet serum injection method to move the object in. This method can make bone marrow megakaryocyte maturation disorder lead to reduce production function board,reduce platelet production and red blood cells,white blood cells did not change obviously,is the most suitable animal modeling method.
