鼻窍通合剂治疗慢性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究鼻窍通合剂治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入组标准的患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服鼻窍通合剂,50 m L/次,3次/d,14 d为1个疗程;对照组口服霍胆丸,6 g/次,2次/d。14 d为1个疗程。结果:服药14 d后,头痛头昏、鼻塞、鼻腔分泌物、鼻甲肿大及鼻黏膜充血有明显的改善,与对照组比较没有显著性差异,治疗组和对照组均有疗效,鼻窍通合剂对慢性鼻炎的临床疗效显效率为70.0%,有效率为100%。结论:鼻窍通合剂具有治疗慢性鼻炎的作用。Objective：To study clinical efficacy of Biqiaotong Mixture in treating chronic rhinitis. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion criteria. Treatment group was treated with Biqiaotong Mixture,each serving 50 m L/time,3 times/day,treatment for 14 days;Control group was treated with Huodan Pill,each 6 g,2 times a day. Treatment for 14 days. Results：14 days after medication,headache,dizziness,nasal congestion,nasal secretions,nasal swelling and nasal congestion had improved significantly. There was no significant difference compared with the control group. The treatment group and the control group had curative effect. The clinical effective rate of Biqiaotong Mixture was 70.0%,100% effective rate. Conclusion：Biqiaotong Mixture has the effect on treating chronic rhinitis.
