基于生物力学探讨下肢后伸定点按压法治疗骶髂关节紊乱临床思考

摘　　要：骶髂关节紊乱是下腰痛的重要原因之一,由于骶髂关节解剖形态复杂性及运动功能的的特殊性让它成为中医正骨手法治疗中的难点之一。作者通过对骶髂关节紊乱生物力学特点的分析及下肢后伸定点按压法操作技巧介绍,从生物力学角度分析下肢后伸定点按压法治疗骶髂关节紊乱的治疗思路及相关临床思考。Sacroiliac joint disorder is one of the important reasons of low back pain. It has been a challenge for TCM to cure sacroiliac joint disorder through bone-setting manipulation because of the complicated anatomic form and the particular motor function of sacroiliac joint. By analyzing the the biomechanical characteristics of sacroiliac joint disorder and introduction of the pressing manipulation over the extension fixed-points of lower limbs,we try to provide the treatment thoughts and relevant clinical thinking of the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorder.
