摘　　要：目的:探讨手机客户端APP在慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)患者中的应用效果。方法:将108例肺心病患者按照出院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组采用常规出院指导和健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予手机客户端APP健康教育;分别于干预前后,观察两组护理效果、遵医行为、相关指标及生活质量评分情况。结果:观察组护理效果及遵医行为均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后,两组相关指标及生活质量评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺心病患者中应用手机客户端APP,可明显提高患者护理效果及遵医行为,有利于改善呼吸功能,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effects of mobile client APP in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease（cor pulmonale）.Methods：A total of 108 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease in hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given with routine discharge guidance and health education,and the observation group was given mobile phone client APP health education based on the control group.The nursing effect,compliance behavior rate,related indicators and quality of life score were observed before and after the intervention in two groups.Results：The observation group nursing effects and compliance behaviors rate were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.After the intervention,two groups′ related indexes and life quality scores were significantly better than those before the intervention（P〈0.05）,and the observation group′s was significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of mobile client APP in patients with pulmonary heart disease can significantly improve the patients′ nursing effect and compliance behavior,improve respiratory function and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
