摘 要:以十和田(冷敏感)×丽江新团黑谷(强耐冷)的包含105个株系的孕穗期耐冷近等基因系BC_4F_8、BC_4F_9群体为材料,构建含180个SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱,图谱总长1 820.6 cM,平均图距为15.67 cM.在云南嵩明白邑、寻甸和玉溪三地三种生态环境下,测定水稻孕穗期剑叶的叶绿素含量,采用完备区间作图法定位QTL.2年大田试验共检测到控制叶绿素的主效QTL 7个,分别位于第1、4、5、7和12染色体上,单个QTL可解释表型变异的11.66%~35.38%.其中,控制叶绿素a和b主效位点qCHa-1、qCHb-7在2种环境下稳定,贡献率为21.11%~35.38%,加性效应显著,增效等位基因均来自丽江新团黑谷,是提高叶绿素含量的重要功能位点.A set of 105 near-isogenic lines (NILs) BC4F8, BC4F9 population were developed from a backcross between Lijiangxintuanheigu( LTH, cold-tolerant landrace) and Towada (cold-sensitive cultivar, as the recipient) .The genetic linkage map contains 180 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers spanning 1820.6 cM on total 12 chromosomes ,with an average interval of 15.67 cM.The chlorophyll contents of the rice flag leaf at booting stage were measured from three different locations ( Baiyi, Xundian and Yuxi ) in two consecutive years (2014 and 2015),and quantitative trait loci (QTL) were identified using inclusive composite interval mapping (ICIM) method.A total of 7 significant QTLs for the chlorophyll were identified and distributed on chromosome 1,4,5,7 and 12.The single detected QTL accounted for 11.66%--35.38% of the phenotypic variation. Among two main-effect QTLs (qCHa-1 and qCHb-7) controlling chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents were detected under two circumstances. These QTLs explained 21.11%--35.38% phenotypic variations with significant additive effect.The alleles for increasing traits values were from LTH, which were important functional locus to improve chlorophyll content.
