摘　　要：进入新世纪以后,生态环境保护日益成为全人类的共识。习近平同志历来重视环境保护工作,这体现在他施政生涯的全部过程当中,尤以他主政浙江时论述最为全面,"两山论"、"生态兴则文明兴"等科学论断的提出,生态省的大力建设,习近平生态文明思想在实践中不断得到发展。十八大担任党和国家领导人以后,习近平从更高层面对中国的生态文明建设提出了一系列富有见解的新观点、新思想。从建设生态浙江到建设美丽中国,习近平的生态文明思想日益丰富完善。习近平自身几十年的生态工作经验,是其生态文明建设思想的实践出发点。系统梳理习近平执政生涯过程中生态文明思想的发展途径,提炼其特有价值,对建设美丽中国、构建全球生态命运共同体都有重要意义。After entering the new century, ecological and environmental protection has become the consensus of all mankind. Xi Jinping has always atta- ched importance to environmental protection work, which is reflected in the whole process of his career, especiaUy when he is the most comprehensive discussion of Zhejiang. With the ＂Two Mountains＂ and ＂If the ecology is good, civilization will be developed＂ theory puting forward, the construction of ecological province, Xi Jinping＇s thought of ecological civilization has been developed in practice. Since Xi Jinping acted as the Chinese Communist Party and national leader in the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China, he has put forward a series of new ideas and thought about China＇s ecological civilization construction in a higher level. From the construction of ecological Zhejiang to the construction of beautiful China, Xi Jinping＇s ecological civilization thought is increasingly rich and perfect. Xi Jinping＇s decades of ecological work experience is the start point of the practice of his ecological civilization construction. It is of great significance to systematically combing the development path of ecological civilization thought in Xi Jinping＇s governance career and to extract its unique value, which is of great significance to the construction of beautiful China and the construction of global ecological destiny community.
