摘 要:在保证9Ni钢埋弧焊接头低温韧性的前提下,采用交流方波控制技术提高了生产效率。在焊机输出功率不变的条件下,通过对平衡和偏置两个波形参数的优化,改善了能量在焊丝和母材之间的分配比例,减少了焊道数目,获得了成形良好的焊接接头。焊缝金属和热影响区组织与未采用方波技术的埋弧焊接头近似。力学性能测试结果显示,采用交流方波技术的9Ni钢埋弧焊接头均达到标准要求。该技术在9Ni钢的焊接中具有较好的应用前景。On the premise of ensuring the low temperature toughness of 9Ni steel submerged arc welding(SAW)joint, the production efficiency was improved by using the AC square waveform control technology. Under the condition that the output power of the welding machine was constant, the energy proportion between the wire and base material was improved, the number of weld bead was reduced and the good formed welded joint was obtained through the optimization of the balance and the offset. The microstructure of weld metal and heat affected zone is similar with that of the SAW joint without using square wave technique. The test results of mechanical properties show that the submerged arc welding joints of 9Ni steel meet the standard requirements. The technology has a good application prospect in the welding of 9Ni steel.
