摘  要:针对氯酸化工设备用钛合金柱塞泵的结构特点、使用要求进行了铸造工艺设计,使用真空凝壳炉,采用机加工石墨型、底注开放式浇注系统的铸造方法,制造了钛合金柱塞泵铸件。对铸件的缩孔缺陷进行了原因分析,将工艺修改为顶注式浇注系统,最终获得了化学成分、力学性能及质量满足技术要求的铸件。The casting process of titanium alloy ram-type pump used in chloric acid chemical equipment was designed based on the structure and operating requirement of the pump. The pump castings were produced by vacuum skull furnace, the adoption of mechanical graphite mould and the bottom pouring open gating system. The porosity defect was analyzed, and the process was modified to top gating system. Finally, the pump castings that the chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal quality satisfied the technical requirements were obtained.
