摘  要:为解决ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2冷却器上壳铸件产品合格率较低的问题,运用ProCAST软件对原铸造工艺流场、温度场及缩孔缺陷进行模拟,根据模拟结果对原工艺进行优化,并通过数值模拟验证优化工艺的合理性,确定最佳工艺方案。结果表明,采用浇冒一体顶注式浇注系统加工的铜合金冷却器上壳制件,组织均匀,无明显缺陷。经实际水压检测,铸件无渗漏情况,制件合格率达到85%以上。In order to solve the problem of low qualified rate of the ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2 cooler upper housing casting, the flow field, temperature field and shrinkage defects of the original casting process were simulated by using ProCAST software. According to the simulation results, the original process was optimized, and the rationality of the optimized process was validated by the numerical simulation. Finally, the best process was determined. The results show that the copper alloy cooler upper housing casting obtained with top pouring and feeding integrated system has homogeneous microstructure and no obvious defects. Through the actual hydrostatic test, the casting has no leakage, and the qualified rate of the products reaches more than 85%.
