摘 要:分析了电牵引采煤机摇臂壳体的力学性能要求,开发了新型的CrNiMo系调质钢及其热处理工艺,进行了摇臂壳体的铸造工艺模拟和加工工艺研究。结果显示,新型CrNiMo系调质钢的主要成分(质量分数,%)为0.37~0.44 C,0.60~0.90 Cr,1.25~1.65 Ni,0.15~0.25 Mo;其热处理工艺为空淬(正火)和高温回火。大型摇臂壳体的加工路线为铸造、空淬和高温回火、粗加工、去应力回火、精加工。新型CrNiMo系调质钢摇臂壳体具有较高的强度、硬度和塑性,满足大功率采煤机的使用要求。The mechanical performance requirements of the electric traction shearer rocker arm shell were analyzed, and a new type of CrNiMo quenched and tempered steel and its heat treatment process were developed. The simulation of the casting process of the rocker arm shell and the study on its processing technology were carried out. The results show that the main chemical composition of the new type CrNiMo quenched and tempered steel is 0.37-0.44 C, 0.60-0.90 Cr, 1.25-1.65 Ni, 0.15-0.25 Mo. The heat treatment process is air quenching (normalizing) and high temperature tempering. The machining process of the large rocker arm shell is casting, air quenching and high temperature tempering, rough machining, stress relief tempering and finish machining. The new type CrNiMo quenched and tempered steel rocker arm shell has high strength, hardness and plasticity, which can meet the requirements of high power shearer
