摘  要:采用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机及显微硬度仪,研究了轧制温度对2524铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:2524铝合金铸态组织中存在大量枝晶结构和成分偏析,经均匀化处理后枝晶消失,成分偏析改善。2524铝合金经大应变轧制后晶粒沿轧制方向被拉长,晶粒内部和晶界处留存大量第二相。随轧制温度降低,2524铝合金强度、硬度升高,断后伸长率先升后降。在轧制温度25℃时,抗拉强度以及硬度达到最高,分别为328 MPa和106.5 HV;在轧制温度为200℃时,伸长率达到最大值(14%)。The effects of rolling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2524 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope, tensile testing and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that there are a lot of dendrite and component segregation in the as-cast microstructure of 2524 aluminum alloy. After homogenization treatment, dendrite is dissolved and component segregation is improved. The grains in 2524 aluminum alloy are elongated along the rolling direction and a large number of secondary phases are retained in the grain interior and grain boundaries after large strain rolling. With the decrease of rolling temperature, the strength and hardness of 2524 aluminum alloy rise, and the elongation increases firstly and then decreases. When the rolling temperature is 25 ℃, the tensile strength and hardness reach the highest values, which are 328 MPa and 106.5 HV respectively; when the rolling temperature is 200 ℃, the elongation reaches the maximum (14%).
