摘　　要：为了解决TC4-DT钛合金模锻件宏观组织粗晶亮带和性能低的问题,对其所用原材料、锻造工艺、热处理工艺进行了分析,并从加热温度、变形量调节方面进行了工艺优化控制,有效地解决了上述问题,获得了组织性能满足技术要求、质量稳定的TC4-DT钛合金模锻件。In order to solve the problems of coarse crystalline bright band in macrostructure and low property of TC4-DT titanium alloy die forgings, the raw material, forging process and heat treatment process were analyzed. And the process optimization control was conducted by heating temperature and deformation regulation. The above problems were solved effectively. The TC4-DT titanium alloy die forgings with stable quality and meeting the technical requirements were obtained.
