摘  要:建立了TC17钛合金轮盘锻件的三维有限元模型,采用Deform软件对锻件成形过程进行了数值模拟,设计了异形荒坯。结果表明,设计的异形荒坯是合理的,其保证了大高度差β热模锻轮盘锻件各个部位的变形的均匀性,有效地解决了轮缘底部区域变形量偏小的问题。β热模锻工艺可以获得较为理想的网篮组织,各项性能指标满足技术要求。A three-dimensional finite element model of TC 17 titanium alloy wheel forgings was established. The forming process of forgings was numerically simulated by Deform software. A special-shaped blank was designed. The results show that the design of special-shaped blank is reasonable, and it guarantees the uniformity of deformation in all parts of hot die forging disc forgings with large altitude difference, and effectively solves the problem of small deformation at the bottom of the flange. β-hot die forging process can obtain the ideal basket microstructure, and the performance indicators meet the technical requirements.
