摘　　要：目的分析研究综合护理干预对白血病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年2月~2017年1月我院收治的白血病患者80例为研究对象,电脑随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组,给予常规护理,观察组,给予综合护理,对比分析护理效果。结果对比患者生活质量评分,观察组明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者,给予综合护理,可改善患者生活质量,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with leukemia. Methods 80 cases of leukemia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care,and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the quality of life score of the observation group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care can improve the quality of life of patients with leukemia.
