标准化抗菌疗法治疗复发性尿路感染的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性尿路感染实施标准化抗菌治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法完整收集113例患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析研究,资料收集时间为2014年12月~2015年12月。其中对照组56例给予常规抗菌治疗,观察组57例给予标准化抗菌治疗。观察统计两组的临床治疗效果,检测治疗安全性并进行比较。结果对两组患者的临床症状缓解时间和消失时间以及尿常规复常时间进行统计和组间比较,可得存在明显统计学差异,观察组均显著短于对照组,(P<0.05);经治疗效果评估,观察组痊愈和有效的患者一共53例,对照组一共45例,经比较总有效率存在组间统计学差异,(P<0.05);治疗过程中对照组有2例出现恶心现象,2例出现呕吐现象,观察组2例出现恶心现象,观察的不良反应发生率低于对照组,但经比较无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论对复发性尿路感染患者实施标准化抗菌治疗效果确切,可更好的改善患者的临床症状,缩短尿常规的恢复时间,提高治疗有效率,且在减少不良反应方面具有肯定的效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of standardized antibiotic therapy for recurrent urinary tract infection. Methods The clinical data of 113 patients （from December 2014 to December 2015） were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The control group （n = 56） was given routine antibiotic therapy, and the observation group （57 cases） was given regular antibacterial therapy.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results Remission time, urine disappeared time and recovery time was significantly differed between both groups,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; Cured and effective cases were 53（total 57） in observation group and 45（total 56） in control group,with the former significant higher（P〈0.05）;During the treatment of the control group had 2 cases of nausea,vomiting occurred in 2 cases,meanwhile,the observation group had 2 cases of nausea only, the adverse reaction observed less than the control group,with no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Standardized antibacterial therapy will benefit patients with recurrent urinary tract infection,which could improve the patient＇s urine symptom,shorten recovery time,increase the treatment efficiency, and have positive effect on reducing adverse reaction.
