摘　　要：目的分析优质护理对白血病患者化疗不良情绪的改善效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年2月期间我院收治的白血病患者60例为研究对象,电脑随机分为干预组与参照组,各30例。其中,参照组,给予常规护理,干预组,给予优质护理,对比分析护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者SAS评分与SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,干预组SAS评分与SDS评分显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者化疗期间,予以优质护理,可改善患者不良情绪,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the patients with leukemia. Methods 60 cases of leukemia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the reference group, each with a total of 30 cases.Among them, the reference group was given routine nursing, the intervention group was given high quality nursing, the nursing effects were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before and after nursing （P〉0.05）, the SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the reference group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion During the chemotherapy of leukemia patients, the quality of care, can improve the patient＇s bad mood, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
