摘  要:为了探明西藏野生披碱草(Elymus dahuricus Turcz)品种的耐盐能力,明确其耐盐浓度范围,为开发利用披碱草属种质资源和我国盐碱地的改良提供基础,试验采用单因素完全随机法,以不同浓度的NaCl作为西藏野生披碱草种子萌发的培养液,分析了西藏野生披碱草种子发芽率、盐害率和发芽势等指标的变化。结果表明:拉萨达孜和那曲巴青野生披碱草种子的相对发芽率随着盐浓度的升高而呈先升后降的趋势;那曲索县、林芝工布江达和山南浪卡子野生披碱草种子的相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标随着盐浓度的升高而下降;拉萨达孜野生披碱草种子在盐浓度为0~1.0%时均有较高的发芽率,最适宜盐浓度为0~0.6%。西藏5个地区野生披碱草中,萌发期比较耐盐的有拉萨达孜、那曲巴青野生披碱草,而山南浪卡子和林芝工布江达的野生披碱草种子耐盐性较差。说明NaCl对披碱草种子萌发有较大影响,且不同地域野生披碱草受NaCl胁迫的影响不同。The study was designed to find out the ability of salt tolerance of Tibetan wild Elymus dahuricus Turcz. varieties, and to make clear the scope of its salt - tolerance concentration, and also to provide a basis for the development and utilization of the genus Elymus germplasm resources and the improvement of saline - alkali land. The experiment adopted the method of single - factor completely completely randomized design, with different concentrations of NaCI as culture media for seed germination of Tibetan wild Elymus,in order to anlyse the effect of NaC1 on seed germination rate, salt injury rate and germination energy of Tibetan wild Elymus from five Tibetan regions. The results showed that relative germination rate of wild Elymus seeds from the regions Lasa Dazi and Naqu Baqing rised first and declined afterwards with the increase of salt concentrations. Seeds relative germination rate, germination energy, germination index declined with the increase of salt concentrations from the regions Cable Naqu County, Nyingehi Gongbo' gyamda village and Shannan Langkazi. Lasa Dazi wild Elymus seeds gained higher germination rate in salt concentrations between 0 and 1.0% ,and the optimal concentration was between 0 and 0.6%. Wild Elymus Seed germination gained better salt - tolerance from the regions Lasa Dazi and Naqu Baqing, compared with that from the regions Shannan Langkazi and Nyingchi Gongbo' gyamda village. The results suggested that NaCl had great effect on the seed germination of Elymus dahuricus, and the effect of NaCl stress was different from various Tibetan regions.
