摘　　要：边窗玻璃周边外露胶缝既是玻璃周边的彩带,又是车身防腐密封的保护层,胶缝质量的好坏对客车产品质量及使用寿命影响重大。从影响客车边窗胶缝质量的因素入手,重点解析如何提升客车边窗胶缝外观质量。The exposed sealant joints of the bus side-windows are both the colored circumferential ribbons of windows glass and anticorrosion seal protective layers of has bodies.The quality of sealant j oits has a great influence on the bus quality and service life. At the same time, along with the high-speed impact on passenger market and the industry competition, the requirements for exposed sealant jolts appearance quality are improving. This paper mainly discussed the influencing factors of the quality of sealant joints of bus side-windows, focusing on how to improve the appearance quality of exposed sealant joints of bus side-windows.
