摘　　要：黄星垣提出了内科高热急症的"热毒"学说,高热、伤阴、厥脱"三关"的学术思想,并研制出"清气解毒针""增液针"和"养阴针""参麦针",克服了传统中医辨治不足,提高了临床疗效,其研究经验值得借鉴。Huang Xingyuan put forward toxic heat theory of internal heat emergency and the ＂three＂ academic thought,including High fever,impairment of yin and reversal desertion. Besides,he developed three kinds of Chinese medicine intravenous injection,including Qingqi Jiedu Injection,Zengye Injection and Yangyin Injection,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine,and improves clinical curative effect,and the study experience is worth learning.
