摘　　要：医院建设转化医学中心是推动转化医学研究的重要途径,但目前尚未形成成熟的建设与发展模式。本文运用SWOT分析法对医院转化医学中心的内在条件与外部环境进行分析,在功能定位、体制机制、人才培养、合作共享、环境营造方面提出改进意见,为医院建设转化医学中心提供发展建议与参考。Building translational medical center in hospital is a significant approach to advancing translational medicine and clinical research. However, the construction and developing patterns of translational medical center affili- ated to hospital are still immature in China. This article analyzes the hospital＇s integrated situation including internal characteristics and external environment for translational medical center by applying SWOT analysis. Advises on centers＇ missions setting, mechanism reforming, talents cultivation, partnerships developing, environment creating are giv- en, so as to provide reference for future construction and development of translational centers in China.
