摘　　要：本研究依据平衡计分卡的理论,并利用其基本分析框架和德尔菲法的指标确立方法 ,同时在调研和分析的基础上采用统计学分析方法及SPSS统计软件对专家咨询结果进行分析,并进行效度、信度检验,进而确立农村乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系,构建了乡镇卫生院的绩效评价的基本模型。On the basis of the balanced scorecard theory, using its framework and Delphy method, meanwhile on the basis of research and analysis, using statistical analysis method and SPSS to analyze expert consultation and its relia- bility and validity, in order to establish the performance evaluation index system of the township health center and the basic model of it.
