闲暇与劳动:我国现阶段人的自由全面发展的二重性分析

摘　　要：人的自由全面发展是马克思主义追求的人类社会发展的理想目标,它又是一个历史生成的发展过程,这一过程需要阶段性政策与措施的相互衔接来逐步实现。在现有研究成果的基础上,全面分析了当前我国劳动者闲暇时间增多与过度劳动并存的现象及原因,并且印证了人的自由全面发展是一个从渐进的量的积累到最终质的飞跃的过程。随着经济社会的不断进步,我们需要通过推动生产力的发展,增加社会财富;采取有效措施缓解贫富差距;督促相关部门落实休假制度,并保障劳动者的休息与闲暇权;引导劳动者合理闲暇、适度劳动;加快社会保障制度建设等措施,逐步释放人自由全面发展的活动空间,增加人自由全面发展的促进因素,最终实现人的自由全面发展的目标。The free and all-round development of human is the ideal goal of the development of human society of Marxism. It is a historical process of development of generations which needs step-by-step joining specific policies and measures of each other stage to achieve. On the basis of existing research results, this paper comprehensively analyses the coexist phenomenon of increased leisure and excessive labor at the present stage in our country and the reasons behind them, and probes into the people＇ s free and all-round development which is a process of gradual accumulation from the quantitative to qualitative leap. Along with the economic and social progress, we need to gradually free the activity space of people＇ s free and comprehensive development, increase the catalyst of people＇ s free and all-round development and finally achieve the goal by promoting the development of productivity to increase social wealth, taking effective measures to alleviate the gap between the rich and the poor, supervising and urging relevant departments to implement regulations of holiday system, ensuring the laborers＇ right rest and leisure, and guiding people＇ s reasonable leisure and moderating labor and accelerating the construction of social security system, etc.
