摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌根治手术麻醉中运用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉的效果。方法取2015年2月—2017年2月本院收治的80例直肠癌根治手术患者分为全麻组(n=40,全身麻醉)和复合组(n=40,硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉),统计分析两组患者的麻醉效果。结果复合组患者插管时间、拔管时心率及血压水平、术后睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间、拔管时间、麻醉不良反应发生率与全麻组相比明显较低,P<0.05。结论直肠癌根治手术麻醉中运用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉效果优良。Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on rectal cancer undergoing radical surgery. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 80 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital were divided into general anesthesia group （n=40, general anesthesia） and compound group （n=40, epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia）, anesthetic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The rate of heart rate and blood pressure, the time of eye opening, the time of directional recovery, the time of extubation and the incidence of adverse drug reaction in the composite group were significantly lower than those in the general anesthesia group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in the radical operation of rectal cancer is excellent.
