心脏再同步化治疗前后患者右心室功能及生存质量的研究

摘　　要：目的观察心力衰竭患者行心脏再同步化治疗前后右心室功能有无改善,同时评估患者生存质量。方法选择行CRT治疗患者,于术前、术后1周、3个月及6个月行超声心动图检查。同时采用36条简明健康状况调查表与明尼苏达州心力衰竭生活质量问卷来评估患者的生存质量。结果患者在CRT植入术后3个月及6个月后右心功能指标均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1周,RVFAC、Vsr及E峰已有改善,患者36条简明健康状况和明尼苏达州生活质量评分均得到了显著的改善,每两个时刻评分对应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者行CRT治疗3个月及6个月后,右心室功能得到明显改善,同时患者的生存质量也得到改善。Objective To investigate whether the right ventricular function was improved before and after cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with heart failure, and to assess the quality of life of the patients. Methods Patients treated with CRT were examined by echocardiography at 1, 3, 6 months before, postoperatively, and postoperatively. At the same time, 36 simple health questionnaires and the Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire were used to assess the quality of life of the patients.Results After 3 months and 6 months after CRT implantation, the indexes of right cardiac function improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, After 1 weeks, RVFAC, Vsr and E peak has been improved with 36 item health status and Minnesota quality of life scores were significantly improved, compared with each of the two times the corresponding score, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Right ventricular function was significantly improved in patients with chronic heart failure treated with CRT for 3 months and 6 months, and the quality of life was also improved.
