摘　　要：目的探讨分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾2015年5月—2016年4月34例不同类型髌骨骨折患者分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗过程与临床疗效。结果所有患者骨折均在为期6~12个月随访期内完全愈合,骨折愈合时间最短的为7周,最长为16周,平均时间为(8.4±1.2)周。随访期内无髌骨爪松动、断裂、术后感染病例,未有患者并发膝关节僵硬与骨性关节炎等并发症,97.1%患者膝关节功能达到优良标准。结论髌骨骨折采用分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗效果确切,利于患者术后尽早下床活动。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of split patella internal fixation in treatment of patellar fracture. Methods The clinical procedures and clinical outcomes of 34 cases of different types of patellar fractures treated with split patella internal fixation were reviewed from May 2015 to April 2016. Results All fractures healed completely within 6 to 12 month follow-up period, shortest fracture healing time was 7 weeks,the longest was 16 weeks, and the average time was （8.4±1.2） weeks, There were no cases of pateUar claw loosening, fracture and postoperative infection during the follow-up period, no patient had complications such as knee stiffness and osteoarthritis, knee function of 97.1% patients reached excellent standard. Conclusion The treatment of patellar fracture with split patella internal fixation is effective, and it is beneficial for patients to get out of bed as early as possible.
