摘　　要：目的研究快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月—2015年12月在我院治疗的62例行脊柱微创手术患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行传统护理,研究组患者进行快速康复护理,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率和患者对护理的满意程度。结果对照组发生8例并发症,研究组发生2例并发症,并发症发生率分别为25.81%、6.45%,研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组对护理效果的满意率分别为77.41%、96.77%,观察组满意率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理理念对脊柱微创手术围术期的护理切实有效,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with minimally invasive spine surgery were selected from January 2013 to December 2015. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, the study group of patients was treated with rapid rehabilitation care. The postoperative complications and patients＇ satisfaction with the degree of care between two groups were compared. Results There were 8 cases of complications in the Control group, and 2 cases of complications occurred in the study group. The incidence of complications was 25.81% and 6.45% respectively. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the control group and the study group were 77.41% and 96.77% respectively. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing is effective in the treatment of minimally invasive operation of spine, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction.
