摘　　要：马克思从资本主义社会的不平等和工人阶级普遍贫困这一现实逻辑起点出发,论证了推翻资本主义私有制以实现财富共享的伦理应然与必然。他在经典著作中肯定了财富的伦理正当性、指明了实现财富共享的根本途径、阐释了实行财富共享的具体方法,为认识评价财富的产生与创造、交换与分配、消费与传承提供了正确的价值坐标,对构建当代中国财富伦理具有重要意义:在对待财富的总态度上要更加尊崇财富,在财富创造的过程中要更加尊重劳动,在财富分配的过程中要更加注重公平,在财富消费的过程中要更加注重人的发展。From the reality of the inequality of capitalist society and the general poverty of the working class,Marx demonstrated the ethical necessity of overthrowing the private ownership of capitalism to realize the wealth sharing. In his classics,Marx affirmed the ethical legitimacy of wealth,pointed out the basic ways for the realization of wealth sharing,and explained the specific methods for the implementation of wealth sharing. His thoughts provided correct value coordinates to comprehend and assess the generation and creation,exchange and distribution,and consumption and transmission of wealth,and were of great significance to the construction of wealth ethics in contemporary China： be more respect for wealth as to the overall concept of wealth,be more respect for the work in the process of creating wealth,pay more attention to fairness as to the distribution of wealth,and pay more attention to human development during the process of wealth consumption.
