摘　　要：详细梳理了目前城市输电网发展面临的形势,分析了现有规划方法的不足,提出了一种适应于新形势的城市输电网规划方法,并应用于湖北"钢光鄂"电网规划中。A detailed analysis of the current urban transmission network development is given under the＂new situation＂and the deficiency of the existing planning method.A new promising urban transmission network planning method which can be adapted to the＂new situation＂is given.The method is put into the application of＂Gang-Guang-E＂power grid planning project.
