摘 要:为研究高硫铝土矿焙烧脱硫特性,采用拟悬浮态焙烧装置对高硫铝土矿进行了焙烧脱硫试验,探讨了焙烧时间和焙烧温度对全硫脱硫率和硫化物脱硫率的影响。结果表明,拟悬浮态焙烧可以实现快速脱硫,脱硫率可达80%左右,通过提高早期焙烧温度可以缩短焙烧时间。焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间120 s,焙烧铝土矿中S含量低于0.45%,脱硫率80.56%,可以满足我国氧化铝的生产要求。An experiment of roasting desulfurization of high-sulfur bauxite by using a kind of suspension type roasting reactor was conducted for investigating its roasting desulfurization characteristics,as well as discussing effects of the roasting time and temperature on all-sulfur desulfurization rate and sulfide desulfurization rate. It is found that the proposed suspension type roasting rector can bring in a high-efficient desulfurization effect,with desulfurization rate at around 80%. Also,the roasting time can be shortened by increasing the roasting temperature at early stage. As a result,the roasting process at a temperature of 650 ℃ for 120 s yielded a roasted bauxite containing less than 0. 45% sulfur,with the desulfurization rate at 80.56%,which can satisfy the demand in alumina oxide production.
