摘  要:基于Maxwell-Garnett模型,计算出短切碳纤维/基体复合材料的等效介电常数;利用传输线理论并采用遗传算法进行短切碳纤维/基体复合吸波材料的优化设计。结果表明:碳纤维长度为1.02 mm,碳纤维体积分数为30.80%,材料厚度为2.46 mm时,复合吸波材料在2~18 GHz的带宽(小于-10 d B)可达7.11 GHz;基于优化参数制备的短切碳纤维/环氧树脂胶复合吸波材料的实验测量结果与优化设计计算结果基本相符;短切碳纤维复合材料能实现介电损耗与电磁波干涉相消的协同作用,在8~18 GHz频段具有良好的吸波性能和应用前景。The equivalent permittivity of chopped carbon fiber/matrix composite was calculated based on MaxwellGarnett model. An optimal design of the chopped carbon fiber/matrix composite absorbing material was completed by using genetic algorithms and transmission line theory. Results showed that the bandwidth was 7.11 GHz at-10 d B in the range of 2 ~ 18 GHz under the conditions of carbon fiber length of 1.02 mm,carbon fiber volume fraction of 30.80% and composite material thickness of 2.46 mm. The experimental result of the chopped carbon fiber/epoxy composite prepared based on optimized parameters was approximately consistent with that of the calculated result. The chopped carbon fiber composite can realize the synergistic effect of dielectric loss and destructive interference of electromagnetic wave,presenting good absorbing ability in 8 ~ 18 GHz and application prospect.
