摘 要:为综合回收某铜金硫化矿中伴生的极低品位铅资源,采用铜铅混选-铜铅分离工艺流程,配合特效浮选药剂,在原矿铜、金品位分别为0.41%和1.58 g/t情况下,获得了铜品位17.46%、金品位36.95 g/t的含金铜精矿,铜、金回收率分别为85.17%和47.94%。与此同时,在原矿铅品位仅为0.19%的情况下,获得了铅品位64.05%、铅总回收率64.18%的合格铅精矿,实现了铜金矿床中伴生极低品位铅资源的综合回收利用。For comprehensively recovering the associated ultra-lean lead resource in a copper-gold sulfide ore,a flowsheet consisting of Cu-Pb bulk flotation and Cu/Pb separation was adopted combined with some effective reagents.From the raw ore containing 0. 41% Cu and 1. 58 g/t Au,a gold-bearing copper concentrate assaying 17. 46% Cu at85.17% recovery and 36.95 g/t Au at 47.94% recovery was obtained. Moreover,a lead concentrate assaying 64.05% Pb with a recovery of 64.18% was obtained from the feed ore containing only 0.19% Pb,which assured the comprehensive reclaiming of ultra-lean lead resource from copper-gold sulfide deposits.
