摘  要:针对大型锥形筒体轧制成形轧机辊系配置问题,研究了锥辊辊系与平辊辊系2种配置条件下筒节的轧制成形过程。基于有限元DEFORM软件建立了锥辊与平辊2种辊系配置下2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢大型锥形筒体的轧制过程模型,并对模型的可靠性进行了评估;仿真分析了2种辊系配置下辊系参数对轧制过程的影响。结果表明,2种辊系配置下,外辊尺寸对锥形筒体塑性变形和温度场分布的影响比芯辊尺寸的影响更明显;2种辊系配置都存在最佳的外辊等效半径和芯辊等效半径使得大型锥形筒体轧制变形最为均匀,外辊最优等效半径为990 mm,芯辊最优等效半径为700 mm;锥辊辊系配置下筒体等效塑性应变效率更高、温度分布更均匀,锥辊辊系轧制效果优于平辊辊系。Aiming at configuration of roller system for rolling large tapered cylinder,a tapered and a flat roller systems were adopted. Based on a finite element DEFORM software,a rolling process model with the above two kinds of roller system was established for 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel tapered cylinder,and the reliability of model was also evaluated.Then,based on a simulation analysis for the effect of roller size on the rolling process,it is found that for two kinds of roller systems,the size of an external roller has an obvious effect on the plastic deformation and temperature field distribution of the tapered cylinder,compared to the size of an internal roller. There is an optimal equivalent radius for both external and internal rollers(indicating to be 990 mm and 700 mm,respectively),which can result in a uniform deformation of large tapered cylinder during rolling process. Based on the comparison between two kinds of roller systems,it is concluded that the tapered roller system can bring in much higher efficiency in the equivalent plastic strain of cylinder,and more uniform temperature distribution,showing a better rolling effect than that of flat roller system.
