摘  要:针对传统比例-积分-微分(proportion-integral-differential,PID)、单函数、回滞函数在最小流量阀控制中的不足,导致最小流量阀抖动严重、影响给水系统稳定性的问题,分析一阶低通滤波和滞后校正在控制策略中的作用和优、缺点,提出一种基于一阶低通滤波和滞后校正的改进回滞函数控制策略,即在最小流量阀控制逻辑中增加Smooth平滑模块和RATELMT限速模块,增加K值修正。优化后的控制策略有效减少最小流量阀抖动的问题,大大提高给水系统控制的稳定性。In allusion to problems of serious shaking of the minimum flow regulating valve and influence on stability of the feed water system caused by deficiency of traditional proportion integral differential (PID), single function and hysteresis function in minimum flow regulating valve control, this paper analyzes effects, advantages and disadvantages of the first order low pass filter and lag correction in control strategy, and proposes a kind of improved hysteresis function control strategy based on the first order low pass filter and lag correction which is to add the Smooth module and RATELMT speed limit module in the control logic as well as increase K value correction. The optimized control strategy can effectively decrease shaking of the minimum flow regulating valve and improve control stability of the feed water system.
