摘 要:为了实现光伏并网逆变器零电压穿越(zero-voltage ride through,ZVRT),提出一种自然坐标系下的ZVRT控制策略,该控制无需锁相环和减少坐标变换,降低了控制的复杂度,同时避免因锁相环引起的控制延迟导致的并网电流的过冲。分别讨论对称和不对称故障下并网光伏逆变器ZVRT控制,在对称故障时,采用有功、无功电流协调控制实现ZVRT;在不对称故障时,通过抑制并网电流负序分量,协调控制正序有功、无功电流,实现ZVRT。仿真结果表明了2种不同故障工况下光伏并网逆变器ZVRT控制策略的合理性和有效性。In order to realize zero-voltage ride through (ZVRT) of photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected inverter, this paper presents a kind of ZVRT control strategy in the natural coordinate which dispenses with phase-locked loop and reduction of coordinate transform and can reduce control complexity as well as avoid overshoot of grid-connected current caused by control delay due to phase-locked loop. It respectively discusses ZVRT control of the PV inverter under symmetrical and asymmetrical faults. Under the symmetrical fault, it can realize ZVRT by active and reactive power current coordination control, while under asymmetrical fault, it realizes ZVRT by restraining negative sequence component of grid-connected current and controlling positive sequence active and reactive power current. Simulation results indicate reasonability and effectiveness of this ZVRT control strategy for the PV grid-connected inverter under two different fault conditions.
