摘 要:低空慢速小目标(以下简称"低慢小")探测系统需要应用激光技术对目标进行测距,需要测量激光主波与回波信号之间的时间间隔;并要具有高精度。提出一种高精度时间间隔测量方法,该方法基于内插采样技术,以正弦波作为参考信号,将时间间隔测量转化为对参考正弦波的相位测量,有效地提高了时间间隔测量的精度。同时,该方法将数字计数法与内插采样技术相结合,既保持了数字计数法测量范围大的优势,又体现了内插采样法测量精度高的优点。实验结果表明,时间间隔测量精度能够达到70 ps;在0~20μs的测量范围内,测量相对误差达到10^(-5)量级,具有良好的线性度;且满足低慢小探测系统中激光测距对时间间隔测量精度的要求。The laser ranging technology was needed to be applied and the time interval between the laser main pulse and the corresponding echo signal was needed to measure in low altitude,slow speed,small unmanned aerial vehicle( LSS-UAV in abbreviate) detection system. What was more,the time interval had to have high precision.A high precision time interval measurement method was proposed which was based on interpolating sampling technology. This method referred sine signals as the measurement benchmark,translating time interval measurement into phase measurement of the reference sine signals and improving effectively the precision of time interval measurement. Meanwhile,the method combined digital counting method with interpolating sampling technology,keeping the large range advantage of digital counting method and the high precision advantages of interpolating sampling. The results showed that the precision could reach 70 ps. Within the measuring range from 0 to 20 μs,measuring relative error could reach 10^-5,it had the good linearity. This method meted the requirement of time interval measurement precision in the laser ranging of LSS-UAV detection system.
