摘 要:为研究掺入砂岩颗粒含量对昔格达地层填料压缩特性影响规律,设计7组试验方案,依据级配等效替代,采用等质量比替换方式向昔格达填料中掺入砂岩颗粒的方式,探究了是否掺砂粒、掺后干密度变化及掺砂粒比例对红层填料压缩特性影响;分析了其应力应变曲线及压缩指标变化规律。试验结果表明,昔格达填料中掺入20%砂岩颗粒将增大填料压缩模量,降低其压缩系数及压缩指数;且其压缩模量随掺砂粒比例增大而逐渐增大,压缩系数与压缩指数随掺砂粒比例增大而逐渐减小。填料掺入20%砂粒后,当干密度不同时,其压缩曲线随应力增大呈扫帚状,且有汇聚趋势。若干密度为2.0 g·cm^(-3),按不同比例掺砂粒的填料压缩曲线,在应力为0.20 MPa附近存在汇集趋势。建议实际工程可通过增大掺砂粒比例,且增加压实重量方式改善昔格达路基填料压缩特性。For studying the compression characteristics′ law of Xigeda filling in the condition of mixing sandstone particles, 7 groups of test plans are set. Based on equivalent replacement of gradation, the method of putting sandstone particles into filling of purple mudstone by using the same quality replacement is taken to explore how the factors, none-having and having sandstone particles, the changing of dry densities with sandstone particles and the ratios of having sandstone particles, affect the compression characteristics of red-bed soft rock padding. The changing regulars of stress-strain curves and compression indexes are also analyzed. The experimental results showed that compression modulus will be increasing and compression coefficient and compression index will be decreasing if the Xigeda filling is mixed with sandstone particles in twenty percent. Furtherly compression modulus is increasing with the proportion of mixing sandstone particles getting higher, and compression coefficient and compression index is decreasing with the proportion getting higher. When padding is mixed with sandstone particles in twenty percent, compression curves present a shape of broom and have a convergence trend along with stress increasing on the condition of different dry densities. And if the dry density is 2.0 g·cm-3, compression curves also exist a convergence trend with the axial stress nearly 0.20 MPa according to different proportion of mixing sandstone particles. It is suggested in actual projects that magnifying the proportion of mixing sandstone particles and increasing weight of compaction could improve compression feature of Xigeda filling.
