摘  要:提出一种基于需求响应的热电联产系统风电消纳策略。综合考虑热负荷与电负荷需求,以及风电功率预测上下限,制定实时电价,从而进行居民用户价格型需求响应调度。同时,在保证热负荷需求,满足用户基本采暖需求及温度舒适性的前提下,通过对电采暖系统的温度调节,改变工业、商业用户电采暖负荷需求,对风电波动进行实时响应,从而实现电负荷需求满足风电机组出力的目的。算例分析表明,该方法能够在保证用户供暖需求的条件下,有效提高系统供暖期风电消纳能力,节约系统运行成本。This paper presents a strategy for the wind power consumption of the CHP system based on the demand response. With both the demands of thermal and electrical loads and the upper and lower limits of the wind power prediction being considered,the real-time price for electricity can be set and the price-based demand response dispatching for resident users can be implemented. On the premise that the demand of the thermal load is guaranteed,the users’ fundamental demand for heating and the temperature comfortableness are satisfied,the goal that the demand of the electrical load meets the output power of the wind power unit can be realized by regulating the temperature of the electric heating system,changing the demand of the electric heating load of both industrial and business users and conducting real-time response to wind power fluctuations. Analysis of relevant numerical examples shows that the method can effectively improve the capacity of the wind power consumption of the CHP system during the heating period and reducing its operating cost,ensuring the users’ demand of heating.
