摘  要:文章通过对15MnNbV管线管外表面结疤进行高倍显微分析得出,钢管缺陷主要是因为圆坯表面存在裂纹导致。通过对圆坯裂纹产生原因进行分析,得出15MnNbV圆坯表面裂纹产生原因主要是由于矫直温度过低引起。通过连铸工艺优化,从试制取得的效果可以看出,改进方案解决了圆坯表面裂纹问题。In this paper, through the high power microscopic analysis for the scars on the outer surface of 15MnNbV pipeline, it is found that the defects of steel pipe are mainly caused by surface cracks on the round billet. According to the cause analysis of cracks on the round billet, it comes to a conclusion that the surface cracks on 15MnNbV round billet are mainly due to the low straightening temperature. Through the optimization of continuous casting process, it can be seen from the trial production effect that the improvement scheme has solved the surface crack problem of round billet.
