摘  要:采用包钢宽厚板生产线先进的炼钢、连铸、双机架轧制及冷却工艺,分别采用两种成分设计方案生产的风电板Q345E,试验结果表明,钢板组织均匀、性能优良,满足国家标准要求,通过对两种成分设计方案关键工艺、性能结果及工艺成本进行对比,为风电板Q345E工艺制定提供理论依据。The Q345E high strength low alloy structural steel is developed by advanced steel making, continuous cast-ing, double stand rolling and cooling processes in heavy plate production line of Baotou Steel. Two component design schemes are adopted to produce Q345E. The result shows that the steel plate is uniform in structure and good in perform-ance ,which meets the requirements of the national standard. Through the comparison of the key processes, performance re-sults and process costs of the two component design schemes, the theoretical basis for the formulation of Q345E process is provided.
